A. Yes, for an additional charge of £1.50. We pickup and deliver weekday evenings and weekend mornings |

A. No, only by prior arrangement |

| Q. What are your payment methods? |
| |
| A. We accept cheques (made out to shopicana), cash or credit/debit card (minimum £5). Payments must be made at the time of collection with no exceptions. |

| Q. Do you hang or fold the ironed clothes? |
| |
| A. We hang and cover shirts, blouses, skirts, dresses, trousers and any top with a collar, everything else is folded neatly |

| Q. Do you require a minimum order value? |
| |
| A. No, if you want 1 shirt ironed, then we will iron 1 shirt for you. |

| Q. Do you offer a same day service? |
| |
| A. Yes we do, please be aware that we do charge an extra 10p per garment for this service |
