Please view our Terms and Conditions, when booking an iron service slot you are agreeing to them.

• Previously damaged items will be returned to you un-ironed.

• You must inform us if you have any special requests i.e. delicate items.

• We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged buttons.

• All items to be ironed are accepted at owners own risk.

• A signature of satisfaction is required upon collection of your ironing.

• Payment is required upon collection of your ironing, there are no exceptions.

• For the same day service you must drop off your ironing before 8:45 and pickup between the hours of 5:00pm and 9:00pm. We also charge an extra 10p per garment for this service

• As we work from home we do not accept a walk in or sit and wait service, please phone or book online to arrange a date and time

• Weston Super Iron reserves the right refuse a customer

• All hangers must be returned to us or purchased from us at 10p per hanger

• The customer must ensure that nothing is left in any garment pocket
